Return & Exchange Policy
After your order has been delivered successfully, a “return” button will appear in your account under your “orders” tab.
You may return your product within 7 days of receiving it.
Upon clicking on the “return” button, you will need to fill out the “order return request form”. Please indicate here the reason for your return and attach photos of the problem.
Once you have successfully submitted the form, you will receive an email confirmation for your return request and you will also be notified on your account.
You will be given 7 days to courier it to us or you may request for an Eyes4us driver to collect the product at your convenience with additional charges.
HANDLING, SHIPPING CHARGES, TAXES OR ANY EXTRA CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
If all the above mentioned conditions are satisfied, we will credit your EYES4US account for the same amount and you may then select any other products available for the same cost.
